  The Holi festival is a famous festival of India. Apart from the rest of the country, it is also a colorfully celebrated by the people of Assam specially, it is a stupendous occasion for the people of Barpeta. How I Chose Samsung Refrigerator

Living in Delhi, at a temperature of 48 degree Celsius, we definitely need a refrigerator. Like every other individual, I started searching one that serves my purpose. Many of my friends shared their experiences of buying refrigerators. I observed two most common issues they faced.

  1. The companies could not provide technical service.
  2. The device consume hell lot of electricity.

After basic research, I made up my mind to buy a refrigerator with BEE (energy rating) not below 4 star.  

Companies like Electrolux, Kelvinator used to provide very good offers for their customers. But, at present, the company can not provide services even at cities like Bengaluru. Few people known to me had bought Haier refrigerator but Chinese companies are hard to trust.

Finally I chose to buy "Samsung 192 L 4 Star Direct Cool Single Door Refrigerator" in 2018. This product have 4 star energy rating and 10 year warranty on compressor. The doorstep service that I experienced was pretty amazing.


This is a single door refrigerator with 192 L capacity. There is extra storage available at bottom for dry items. The volume is enough to serve a complete family.

Delhi is not always bad

  It was extremely hot that June day outside. Since we had plan for recent hometown visit, it was like an emergency situation for me to go to the market. My sister threatened me if I won't buy her a purse and few kurtis. Moreover it is we have internal urge to bring something for our family members.   Even if my mind begged me to stay home at 46 degree outside Celsius, I did not have a choice.     After my husband left for office, I was also getting ready for the mission of the day. It generally takes 20 minutes walking from my home at East of Kailash to Nehru Place metro station. Confusion always takes over me when I have choices.   Sarojini Nagar Market and Lajpat Nagar market were my preferred choices for shopping. This was because both these markets were near to my place and very near to respective metro stations. Sarojini market is cheaper but Lajpat Nagar market has better quality product.
